Government Partnership Opportunities
DPLH Infrastructure Development Fund
The State Government has established a $40 million funding stream to unlock workers accommodation opportunities in regional areas. The fund aims to address infrastructure constraints in the water, wastewater and electricity network which are impacting the delivery of regional worker accommodation. The Infrastructure Development Fund will be open for applications for a period of 18 months.
Applications under this funding stream will be based on evaluation of the business case, including consideration of co-contribution opportunities. Funding is available to developers/landowners and local government to make applications. Applications from a group of developers/landowners (including local government) within a precinct are encouraged.
